Apple releases audioOS 13.3 for HomePod, includes bug fixes

Today, as well as releasing the new Mac Pro and iOS 13.3, Apple has released an update for the HomePod smart speaker, which does fix some notable issues.

audioOS 13.3 includes improvements to the ability the HomePod has to recognise the voice of different users and now also, different users can enable or disable personal requests.

Also, there was an issue where music may not resume playing following a phone call on a two HomePods when they were in stereo mode.

HomePod software updates happen automatically, but if you do want to update manually – you can do so from the Home app on iOS, iPadOS or macOS.
