Apple has today released tvOS 15.3 for Apple TV HD and Apple TV 4K, with the content of the update not yet known as Apple never really announces what the update contains but it is more likely to be a bug fix release with some security enhancements.
tvOS usually updates automatically, but if you want to manually upgrade, it can be done so by going to Settings > System > Software Update.
