New Ford Ranger Raptor on sale now in the UK, with prices starting at £57,340

The brand new Ford Ranger Raptor is on sale now in the UK, starting at £57,340. With the last generation Ranger Raptor, Ford used a 2.0-litre bi-turbo diesel engine but the new one swaps it for a much more powerful 3.0-litre petrol V6, with 284bhp. The last truck had 204bhp.

The new Ranger Raptor is on sale now for £57,340 in the UK and rest of Europe, deliveries are due to start later this summer. The new 3.0-litre petrol V6 will be available, but the current 2.0-litre diesel engine will become available in 2023.

Coming from the standard Ranger pickup, Ford has completely reworked the chassis to be more capable off-road, with new engine mounts, extended-travel suspension and a much thicker bash plate.

The new Ranger Raptor has huge FORD badging on the front, with large wheel arches, 17-inch alloy wheels and off-road tyres.
