Yesterday, Elon Musk revealed on Twitter that the Tesla Model S now has nearly four hundred miles of range, on one charge. The Model S has now been updated for an EPA estimated range of 390 miles in the US, whereas it used to be 373 miles.
On the UK site, the WLTP range is at 379 miles on the Long Range model, which is £77,700.


Elon has said that over the past few months, both the Model S and Model X have been performing above the official EPA numbers and the improved efficiency will be coming soon via a free software update.

Also, the Model X has had an improbvemtn to the range, it’ll now do 351 miles on one charge as opposed to 328 miles.
