Earlier this week, Škoda revealed its first vRS branded electric car, with the upcoming Enyaq iV vRS. As the name suggests, this is a performance version of the standard Enyaq iV SUV. The car has the same battery pack as the standard model, same power output, same 0-60mph time and the range is even the same.
The new car is identical in specs to the Coupe, with 295bhp and 460Nm of torque. It can also do 0-60mph in 6.5 seconds. However, Škoda say that the vRS has the same range, at 310 miles with fast charging at up to 135kW. This means that 0-80% takes just 35 minutes.
The new Enyaq iV vRS joins the existing Coupe model that was revealed earlier this year, but thanks to its more boxier shape, there is more space in the back – 15 extra litres, in fact.
Around the front is a gloss black grille, with some bright LEDs. Around the car, other elements such as the door mirrors and rear diffuser are also finished in gloss black.
The Enyaq Coupe iV vRS starts at around £54,000 in the UK, so expect prices to be around £52,000.
